I adore these little lovelies from Donna Hay. Maggie Beer’s Vegetable Stock works for me. Chilled avocado and vodka soup shots

Swimming Dumpling’s

Donna Hay. There’s a punch of vegetables. What better way to cleanse then soup. Stirring every few minutes to avoid the vegetables sticking and burning to the base

Midweek Miso & Honey Glazed Chicken

The recipes in the mags, in particular Donna Hay’s. The Sunday magazine that made it’s way to me the other day had some great miso recipes by Donna (like I know her, I don’t) and we love a bit of miso around here

More on Soup (Celeriac and Nutmeg with Sage - oooooh weee oooh)

I am not very good at following recipes at the best of times, and even when using a recipe from my favourite queen of the simple recipe, Donna Hay (as I was in this case) I still felt the need to add unspecified ingredients and mess around with flavours, gosh darn it I'm a rebel/renegade/piece of work
