Rum Balls

Crush Biscuits into tiny little chunks, doesnt matter if its 50% chunks and the rest crumbs, once thats done pour them into a bowl, add the tin of Condensed milk, the cocoa and a cup of coconut (you can add more coconut if you wish) dont be skimpy on the coconut there is no need to be precise, and ofcourse add rum, add what you like, I add a fair bit because I enjoy it, add real rum if you can, rum essence is ok but the taste is no where near as good. Once all the ingredients are in the bowl Mix it all together until its going hardish (not runny) and then get a tray to sit them on, and a small bowl filled with Coconut, Roll the mix into small balls, you pick the size, obviously the smaller the more you will have, and then roll the balls in the coconut and place on the place, repeat until the mix is used up and then place the tray in the fridge for about 10-15mins to set harder, it may need longer depending on the temp in the fridge, they arent as enjoyable eating soft. 1 packet Arrowroot Biscuits (plain will do). 4 tablespoons Rum

Yummy Chocolate Crunch Rum Balls

Crush biscuits (in processesor easiest)doesnt have to be too fine. Melt dark chocolate and butter over hot water (or microwave gently) till melted, stir in condensed milk, beat in rum and vanilla now stir in the milk chocolate chips and the biscuit mix
